5. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including courses, videos, code, labs, and branding — is owned by CyberStand or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal learning only.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
